Salvage parts for a new build or sell and replace?

Question

I’m just about to build a new rig with a 4090 and a 7950x3d. My old 2016 build has a water cooled Titanx Pascal and a i7-6700k. I was planning on bringing over my Corsair RM850w psu, the 240mm Corsair H100i v2 aio, and my m.2 ssd from my previous build to my new build. Other than that the new build will be a new case, mobo, ram.

I’m having last minute regrets that maybe I should sell my current build as a turnkey build rather than parting it out. Do y’all have any advice?

For me I hate the idea of buying a new cpu cooler and psu when I have ones that work fine. Also I feel like the i7-6700k is so underpowered compared to the Titan x pascal that it wouldn’t really be a great build anymore and the next person would have to upgrade mobo and cpu anyways.
