How do I tell my girl bestie I like her without actually telling her I like her?

So I am very in love with this girl I have best "besties" with for a year and a half. I should mention we live in different countries so we only talk online. I think I have about a 50/50 chance of her liking me back. She jokingly uses pickup lines on me, sends me relationship videos and says "U+me", she compliments me a lot (especially my eyes), she wants to spend holidays with me, dance with me and live with me, she calls me her soulmate, etc. I have tried before to give her hints, such as telling her she looks like a Disney princess and writing her multiple notes about how much she means to me. We say I love you to each other a lot but I think we both kinda mean it in a platonic way. I'm not really concerned with dating her now but I at least want her to know I like her romantically but I am too scared to actually tell her that. How can I give her hints? Thanks.
