[GW4] Reminder face complication that is persistent until marked completed?

I need an in-my-face reminder that won't go away until it's completed. Features I'm looking for in order of importance with first 2 being important and last 2 being "best case":

1. The reminder is clickable and doesn't go away until I mark it complete
2. There is a notification that pops up when the reminder time occurs
3. I can see multiple tasks at once
4. I can set the reminder via voice assistant

Apps I have tried:

• Samsung Reminders: Even the large complication only shows one reminder, and once the reminder date has passed it only shows the next reminder even if the first isn't completed
• Todoist: only a small complication, if I click on it, it doesn't open the app (seems glitched? Just flashes a black screen), no notification. It does seem to keep the incomplete tasks available at least

Is there any combination of apps, watch faces and settings that will fulfill my needs?
