Eureka Libra: Are the issues/errors with machine SERIOUS or should I buy it? Can't decide because reviews are so mixed

Discussion

Currently using a Breville Barista Touch and its grinder. I need to upgrade. The Eureka Libra seems perfect because grind by weight would save me a ton of time in the work flow. I make a QUAD shot every morning, so I have to grind two double shots. GBW would save a lot of time. Also I like to go through entire bags at a time, which works with the Libra's functionality well.

Some reviews of the Libra are amazing. It works. Easy to use. Not hard to clean. Great GBW machine.

Other reviews complain of retention. Many people say there are issues with an "FH" error regarding the scale. Some say it's hard to dial in with the unique dial mechanism.

Is there any consensus on whether this is a good machine or one with a lot of errors?

If I don't get the Libra, I will get a Niche Zero, since they have good reviews and I know retention will be low. Sucks that I will have to still measure out the beans, but oh well.
