Cross country skiing trails close to buffalo? Winter hikes/walks?

I’m an Alaskan, who was living on the east coast for the last few years, and just moved to Buffalo. The snow and winter remind me so much of home, and I’m excited to get back my fave winter activities. Best scenic/well groomed cross country skiing trails near buffalo and any fave winter treks you have?

Also, please no “you’ll hate winter once you spend one here” again, native Alaskan lmao. I’m very familiar with “slush” season and a grey winter outside of December and Jan. I’m no stranger to a harsh winter, I just like to find little joys in it rather than sink into a deep despair.
