CPU got damaged, got a replacement still Can't Get PC To Post

My pc has been on the fritz for almost 2 years now, any time i try to play a newer game it crashes the game or the pc after a few minutes. I feel like i've been having issues ever since i got a 1660 super, fx 8350, and 970 gaming. I've also swapped out the harddrive for an ssd and replaced the ram and power supply. So recently someone suggested i check the thermal paste to make sure the cpu wasn't overheating so I bought some new paste and while trying to get the 8350 unstuck from the heatsink bent some pins (took like 2 hours, that thing was stuck on there). After replacing the cpu and heatsink the pc would no longer post even though everything would turn on. I marked it down to the bent pins (which i tried to straighten) being culprit and ordered a replacment used fx 4100 since I don't want to spend anymore on this pc and want to save for an upgrade.

Well I got the 4100 today and the pc still wont post. All the lights and fans in the case come on but no post to bios, any recommendations on what to try next?
