A little bit irritated

Clicked on a LGBT online shop and went through the lesbian section. There, they are selling a flag called Lesbian-Pan-Romantic. Since I'm on reddit, i know that there are a lot of different types of constellations when it's about sexualites etc ( i hope i said it right). But I've never heard of Lesbian-Pan-Romantic?!? Can someone explain please?
