Lost my 2nd tube to Ectopic

Beyond devastated. Lost my right tube to ruptured ectopic in 2021. Just had surgery last night, they found another ectopic and they removed my left tube. I feel so hurt both physically and mentally. Don’t know how to process anything. Just want to be numb. Being a mom was all I ever truly wanted, from the depths of my heart. I don’t know if IVF will ever be possible for me. I’m broken.
