Serpentine Belt Replacement at 100K miles? 2014 Accord LX 4 Cyl

I'm at the Honda dealer for maintenance A 1,3,4. The service rep said that service 4 includes replacement of the serpentine belt. I'm not seeing anything about that in the manual. I suppose the car does have 100K miles, so maybe it does make sense, but it just surprised me. Thoughts, please?
