I've noticed a strange number of interesting/good new films are coming out...
Excluding big budget fare, there's a slew of interesting and well-reviewed smaller films showing up atm (ie, not massive budget films), including:
Must sees:
- Talk to Me (Amazing horror that's now on Netflix)
- The Royal Hotel
I've not been this interested for upcoming releases for a while. Are small-budget, adult-focused films getting back into gear now that superhero fatigue has set in?
- Late Night With The Devil
- Bottoms
- The Killer (mid budget)
- Poor Things (in December - probably mid-budget)
The maybe pile:
- Suitable Flesh
- Dream Scenario
(and Killers of the Flower Moon & Napoleon - but these are obvs. bigger budget)
