My Big Missing Feature: Lighting all lightsources around

There should be an (toggleable) ability that let's you chose to:

• Light all lightsources, candles, torches, braziers, magical lamps etc, you pass in a certain radius
• Snuff out all lightsources you pass in a certain radius
• Do nothing with lightsources

Do not attach it to an item where it blocks an equipment space. How about to add it as Ritual that you can learn somewhere and creates an effect that lasts until the next long rest?
