Windows scaling setting and Roblox

I found out on windows that increasing the scaling setting in Windows Display Settings (NOT RESOLUTION SETTING!!!) actually reduces the Render Resolution in-game, am I the only one to have found this? On my 1440p monitor when the scaling is at 100% its sharp and crisp and at 225% its blurry and not sharp
