Can minerals in water contribute to a flare up?

I’m in 4th month of a very bad facial flare up… in the past it was contained to around my eyes but now it’s in my nose creases, and corners of my mouth and my chin.

I had patch testing done this summer and reacted to only 1 allergen (nickel)

I have no idea whats causing this flare up… I’m wondering if maybe my water is the culprit.

We are on well water, and I know that we have higher amounts of calcium and iron in it. I’ve been trying to pay attention to see if (warm, not hot) showers make it worse, but I can’t tell for sure because I feel like there’s too many variables in play to single it out. Is it possible that water could be contributing? What should I do about that??

I just wish I knew what was causing this so I could avoid it!!!
