Need Help with interpreting test results

I've been experiencing pins and needles sensation in my hands and feet, headache, and fatigue for about the last two months. My GP ran a blood test, provided it to me in email, and then went on vacation for 3 weeks. So I am unable to speak with my doctor until later this month. I'm trying to figure out if the following values could indicate what my problem is and would appreciate any insight you may have. I've googled but cannot find anything definitive. Do these correspond with either Iron Overload or Iron deficiency anemia? :

IRON: 131 (NORMAL) (Normal Range: 65-175 mg/dl )

FERRITIN -71(NORMAL) (Normal Range: 18-360 mg/dl )

TRANSFERRIN:191(LOW) , (Normal Range: 215-365 mg/dl )

TRANSFERRIN SATURATION: 49(HIGH) (Normal Range: 16-45mg/dl )

I have never had an Iron problem that I know of up until now. My liver and kidney markers were normal except for the following:

Billrubin: 1.70 (HIGH) (Normal Range: 0.20-1.20mg/dl )

CHE: 11503 (HIGH) (Normal Range: 4620-11500 )
