Need guidance with RRSP and HBP

Hi all, I wish to purchase a house next year and I have been contributing to my RRSP so that I can benefit from the HBP. I checked online that I can make a withdrawal of $35,000 CAD for one person and $75,000 for a couple. But my wife doesn’t have any RRSP contributions. Can I make a withdrawal of $75,000 from my RRSP only?? If not , how can i make changes to make sure I can fully use the plan?
