Atoto A6G2A7PF steering wheel remote connection to Ford Focus

Hello

so I bought the A6G2A7PF for my Ford Focus MK3 (DYB) and to make everything work I also brought a CAN Bus connector from RTA ( 014.238-0) which suits my car model. This is basicly the same which is offered by the connects2 homepage Atoto refers to.

I got the park distance speaker working, button illumination, powering on / off so the CAN Bus connector works. I wrote with Atoto customer support how to wire the steering wheel connector and they say the bridge cables have to be configured like a Pioneer stereo which I did.

When I go to the steering wheel setup it seems to react to the button pressing ( the text on top switches from red to yellow) BUT: When trying to save Volume Up / Down and save most of the time both buttons only do Volume Up no matter which button I press, when trying to save the Next / Previous track buttons the text only switch one time very fast from red to yellow and it is very hard to save it because I have such a little window to press the responding button in the setup. Even when I manage to save it, it does not react to the command.

The Atoto support had several suggestions including adding a resistor but that is out of my personal skills.

Does anybody have an idea or successfully integrated this combination into a Ford?

Sorry for my english ;)
