What type of lawyer to consult

Hi there, I am in Los Angeles, CA. 2 years ago our office in a building was flooded during a rain when the building hired someone to do repair on the roof. The roofer did not provide adequate covering so the unexpected rain flooded our unit and caused damage of about $50,000 of inventory in our office alone and all kinds of other damage to the building.

We did not file a claim with our insurance (bad idea I know), but we filed a claim with the buildings insurance and the roofer’s insurance. Now after 2 years, the budding insurance dismiss the claim because they claim they are not responsibleX and the roofer’s insurance dismiss the claim without any reason. The exact words are: “Based upon a review of the Notice of Claim, information provided, and the policy, **** respectfully disclaims coverage for this claim. After careful consideration, we are unable to extend coverage for the claim”

So my question is what type of lawyer should I seek consulting for something like this? Thank you so much!
