IOS Shortcut to turn on away and home modes based on wifi connection?

I have an indoor 2k pan and tilt cam and was hoping i would set up a shortcut so that when i disconnect from my wifi the camera will switch to away mode instead of location based so it doesnt have to continuously use my location and drain the battery. Anyone come up with this solution? I do not have a pod or homebase
