Might have been exposed? Fingering, rimming and protected

I usually never do any hookups, but this time I did. I met with a guy who allegedly was HIV-, but one can never know and people lie.

First he put me in fours and started rimming me and also fingering me before starting; at some point he wanted to rub his tip against my anus but I told him not to do it, and I tried to keep an eye on him as much as I could; as far as I could see, he didn't rubbed on me. He masturbated and then used the condom. We had intercourse and he came inside with the condom on (checked afterwards and no leaks or anything).

My concern is the possibility of contracting HIV through any of these activities. Also I'm concerned he might have put precum while fingering me or rubbed without me noticing. Also after that day I felt my ass a bit sore. No blood or anything but it has felt a bit uncomfortable.

Any advice on this situation? Am I at real risk?
