FitCal Unhealthy Meal Plans

I am having the worst experience with FitCal, signed up for the 20 day high protein meal plan and after 3/4 meals where the food was stale and rotten I decided to cancel. They refuse to cancel my service and refund me for the days left. I have reached out on their IG, email and customer care and they won’t even give me a manager’s number where I can call. I have come across a few posts online that have similar issues. What can I do to get my money back for days not used?
