How is student behavior in the USA vs in MENA?

For people who have taught in both places, how does student behavior compare between them generally? I’m currently teaching in MENA, and as many have also said, student behavior is a real challenge sometimes (to put it lightly). I also hear that teaching in the USA has many similar challenges. Which one is more difficult in this area? Are they similar at all?
