Getting Into Accounting - Finance Degree

I earned a B.S. in Finance in 2018 and am now looking to make the transition to an industry staff accountant position after several dead end finance jobs.

Does industry only hiring accounting majors for these roles? Will I need to go back to school for a masters to qualify?
