22F 23M asked my friend's roommate's insta, what to text?

2 weeks ago, I 22F, ran into my friend's flatmate in the kitchen. He was cute so I chat him up then asked him if he wanted to grab a drink in the week. All this happened rly quick within 2mins (im very bubbly and not shy). He hesitated for a bit then said "idk in the week if im..." Then i said "doesnt have to be this week haha" then he goes sure whats ur insta.

TL;DR: We exchanged insta and since then no text from him. Too desperate to text him 2w later? If not, what do I text him?

Ps. Im not necessarily looking for anything serious. Even just a friend to have a drink with would be cool.
