Defrosted chicken??

I took chicken out of the freezer to defrost on Sunday night, by Monday night it was still kinda frozen so I decided to wait another day but I forgot to cook it last night. Is it still okay to cook and eat?? I would guess that it would have been fully defrosted by yesterday morning. It doesn’t have any smell or discolouration and I really don’t want to waste it but my chicken anxiety is going crazy.
