£40 Help with door lock replacement

Hi my door lock has been faulty since yesterday evening suddenly started jamming and now I can’t fully turn it I called the locksmith and they told me it would be £240 to remove and replace it I only have the £200 at the moment and my door although is closed and appears locked and closed is open i’d really appreciate the help
