FHSA options for mid-2025 withdrawal?

I signed for a pre-construction condo this year in May.

It’s supposed to be completed by Q1 2025 (though the builder’s sales rep thought mid-2025).

Given my time horizon, what would be a good investment choice for my FHSA? I use RBC Direct Investing.
