Work relationships

Me 24M started working in a new company around a year back. Close to 5 months ago, one of my work friends (23F) introduced me to another co worker (25F) from a separate team (not working directly with us). Thing is, me and 25F have become really good and close friends i'd say, we talk a lot, like everyday on texts and we see each other from time to time.

We've been out on our own for like cocktails and nice dinners, we text everyday on random things (and she double texts whenever I dont reply) and she's recently asked to join me and another friend on a holiday.. My question is, is it sort of normal for someone to be this friendly? Is she just being very nice cuz it's like work friends type of thing? Am i catching the wrong signals? Or is this actually going somewhere?? Im lowkey interested, but dont want to ruin the friendship we have. Any tips on what to do/how to figure out what it is?
