Problems with LegionGo and Unifi home internet

This may be a bit niche, but has anyone had problems with their LegionGo not working with their Unifi system? Specifically, I have a Unifi Dreammachine Pro with Unifi APs. The LegionGo freaks out when connecting to the system; sometimes works, but most times it doesn't and says no internet found.

My Unifi system is set up as passthrough from my ATT router (ATT fiber to the house), so when I connect the Legion directly to that wireless router, I have no problems, but obviously lose my home network capability.

Thoughts anyone?
