FEP Medicare prescription drug program

Anyone else get a letter about this in the last few days? I’ve read through the letter and the website and spoken with a representative and there’s a lot of happy talk and some slippery wording involved, but no one seems to answer if there’s a downside to allowing this program to kick in automatically. Thoughts?
