Outdoor Cycling Workout Ends By Itself: Bip3 Pro

Hello Amazfit Bip 3 Pro Aficionados,

I have owned my tracker for about six months now and it has been working perfectly since only the past two weeks.

What I noticed is that it tracks my walking workout without any failure at all

but when I ride my bicycle using the “outdoor cycling” workout mode, it will without warning stop tracking the workout several times on a given ride

I use mostly the same route for this ride, every day, and it’s typically between 10 and 15 miles long

Without warning, the Tracker will just stop tracking. Once I realize that it is no longer tracking, I will stop riding, and then start the workout again. This will happen 2 to 3 times every day in random places, on each ride.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I’m going to do an Amazfit firmware upgrade via the ZEPP app, and see if it behaves better afterwards.
