AMD GPU Drivers uninstalling randomly.

So, I built a PC a few weeks ago, and it has been working fine but then this happened a few days ago.

1. The monitor lost connection (no signal) suddenly while I was using the pc.
2. I shut down the PC by holding down the power button and restarted it, and the GPU drivers were gone, and the Microsoft display drivers were being used.
3. I uninstalled the AMD adrenaline and restarted the PC again and GPU drivers were back somehow and everything worked perfectly like it was working previously.
4. Installed AMD adrenaline again and it started working in games as well (previously it stopped working but only inside games)

Now, this happened again today, I am going to do DDU and install the GPU drivers again and see if it fixes the issue, but not sure why this happened in the first place.

Specs: Ryzen 5 5600, RX 7800 XT, 32 GB 3600 RAM.
