Best party hotels to meet people at in Key West?

Going to Key west with a group of people in a few months. We are a social group of people and like meeting others at the hotel / bars nearby. Fine with 1-2 to a room or a larger group. Price isn’t a huge issue so open to whatever you think you have the most fun environment.
