Will I be considered for EA

So I am an international UG applicant, I submitted my common app today since I didn't have my official transcript until today which is November 1st. The common app says I applied under "early application" and I finished my SRAR today before deadline too. But the Penn state portal hasn't updated yet and says I still need to apply. Is this a glitch or have I ruined my chances of getting scholarship?
