Questions about third year breakout Wrs

I’ve heard quite a bit on this sub about the third year breakout trend that used to exist for wide receivers. I’m fairly new to dynasty so I just have some questions about this.

1. What are some good examples of third year breakout wrs?

2. Are there underlying metrics to lead to believe in a third year breakout? I.e certain stats, or measurable, tape, draft capital, or situations that tend to lead towards a third year breakout

3. Who do you believe, if anyone, could be a candidate for a third year breakout?
