Durable and lightweight hiking shoes/runners?
Hi! I am getting serious about hiking/trekking and want to purchase proper footwear. I find boots to be very sluggish so I prefer lightweight shoes. I've been reading about trail runners but they seem to not last long and not ideal to multiple day trekking.
Is there a shoe in the middle ground that cover both aspects?
Some brands that go well with my feet - Nike, ON Running and North Face. (I have narrow feet).
Hoka and Salomon seem to be really popular in my area as well, so I can try some recommendations but I don't know how they fit in me.
