Where can I find other people to play with?

I've recently gotten into the game and picked up all the dlc and such. I'm just starting to learn how everything works and I'm lvl 30 on my first play through. Just looking for cool laid back peeps on NA east.

420 friendly and really only looking to play with adults, casually. Just looking for guidance on proper channels. Thanks
