Unrealistic Assignment lengths
Am I the only one who feels like the "What to Submit" section of rubrics for written assignments often gives an unrealistic paper length? I am talking about when it says something like "Submit your assignment in a one page double space Microsoft Word document" - but then the prompt for the assignment is 3+ sections with multiple sub-prompt bullet points in each one. I consistently feel like I get through the first of three sections, trying to be comprehensive yet brief, and still end up at a full page just for the first part.
I have yet to be docked points by an instructor for it, but it is still stressful when I feel like I may get hit for being too long, but if I cut it down I feel like it no longer adequately covers the prompt.
