GPT4 - scroll bug - anyone else?

Hi, for several days I have strange bug. I can't scroll by hotkeys like Page Up or Page Down or arrow keys anymore. In both latest chrome and Opera. It is super anoying to scroll by mouse in long chatts.

The bug is happening only in chatts with "Attach image" icon.
Dalle3 chats and GPT 3.5 chats work just fine.

Where I can report this bug to Open ai?

Thanks
