Help!

I just got my score back and got a 166 which I am very happy with because the highest I scored on a PT was 165. I’m signed up for the November one in a week but I’m nervous I might get a worse score. Should I chance it in case I do better? I know they take the best score but will it look pretty bad if my score goes down a significant amount of points on a test after? Any advice is appreciated :)
