e0 rotation without event or signature lc

is it possible to maintain full ult uptime while remaining sp-positive or neutral? personal damage unimportant.

late 1.3 player, considering getting silverwolf on a rerun. would like to know if there are any viable e0s0 builds without the tutorial lc before making a decision and planning future pulls. thank you.
