Has Tinder become “pay to win”?

I just redownloaded Tinder for the first time in about 3 years, and I’m a 22 year old guy

I’ve only had it for a couple days but I’ve only been liked by 3 people and 0 matches. When I had it years ago, I remember that when I first started out, I had a couple dozen over the first couple days and definitely a few matches

It’s only been a couple days so I’m not treating it like it’s the end of the world, and if it doesn’t change, then it’s still not the end of the world because at the end of the day it’s just a dating app

I’m asking because I want to see if it’s worth my time to use the app if I won’t be shown, or if this is maybe just how it is when you first start using the app as a guy

Also, I have run the profile by a female friend who actively uses Tinder. I told her to rip it apart, and she said that it is actually a really good profile that she would swipe right on
