So yeah. Sounds pretty straight forward. I opened the game a couple days ago so last night I can stream with friends some dbd custom games. No harm there. I used to have the Legion, the Oni, and the Nightmare. Now all of which I apparently have to repurchase auric cells if I want them individually again since I don’t play survivor. I sent in a support request to which over the course of 2 days the support came to the conclusion I never had any of the killers I listed. But here’s the thing. I have at the very least a Legion achievement that I sent to them as proof I at the very least I had him. The other two I can understand. I never played them publicly and i would be willing to repurchase them if I wanted to play them publicly again. But given that I sent them a screenshot of my legion achievement, then saying that there is no evidence of me ever owning them is definitively incorrect. I feel as though I’m being cheated out of money now. Idk what the next course of action will be. I resent the screenshot with the achievement to them after they tried to close the case so as to reopen it but if they still say the same thing I probably won’t play the game because this is just severely scummy behavior. “Oh you purchased this ticket for this amusement park? I didn’t see you purchase it despite you holding the ticket so you need to repurchase it.” No one would buy that ticket. Not unless they were desperate. I’m not desperate for my character. Just don’t wanna contribute to blatant scamming. Oh yeah I also am gonna attach the screenshot of the achievement and character roster here. Literally can’t have the legion achievement without having had him to begin with. Also I don’t play on other platforms. I only play pc for dbd.
