Cyst

Hi all. I have some severe cramps on my period. I try everything! Meds/hearings pads/ you name it. Apparently they’re so bad that I didn’t even feel my ovarian cyst BURST because it felt like my regular period pain. Has anyone experienced a cyst rupture? How long did the pain and nausea last? Im in so much pain still. There’s even fluid left over :((
