Have to increase my oral dose to get the shot...

Hey guys, so I am currently on 4 mg of oral Suboxone daily. I really want to switch to the injection, but my doctor won't give it to me unless I up my dose to 8 mg a day. Has anybody else had to do this? I've never got above 4 mg a day, so I'm kind of nervous about taking more. My doctor will not start me on the 100 mg shot, and I've called about 10 other clinics within 100 miles of me and they won't either. So this is kind of my only chance. For anybody that has increased their dose to get the injection, did you get increased anxiety? Appreciate any answers and experiences that you guys have. Thanks so much.
