Combining event types for a warcraftlogs script

Hi, I'm looking to make a script for a warcraftlogs filter that checks 2 things: if the target has a specific debuff(s) and healing from specific abilities on that target. I know how to make scripts for the two separately but unfamiliar with how to combine event types. When I make two filters, one of each of them, and have them both active in the log it seems to check only one of them and not combine the information.
