New generic brand?

Has anyone been given the Trigen brand? I feel as though I’m taking a placebo pill! I’m so very irritated as I’ve had to wait weeks or even months between prescriptions due to the shortage. Finally picked this one up and IT DOESNT EVEN WORK😭😭 I’ve been feeling so down bc this medicine has changed my life since my diagnosis and now I’m feeling like I’m never going to get any more medicine that actually works.
