I can't get to my teams portal as the global admin

I've testest with two global admin accounts - when I try to get to the teams admin it prompts me for a username and password even thought i'm already logged in. I try to log in again and it asks me to log in. I have 20 other tenants that I don't have this issue with.

I've tried other browsers, other machines, incognito mode and no luck.

I've spent 3 weeks trying to explain this to 365 through support and I'll show it to them, they'll take screen shots and they send me to another group that goes through the same thing with me creating new admin accounts, trying other browsers. My tagolog and vietnamese aren't great so there could be a language barrier.

Any suggestions on what group I want to speak with that knows teams?
