I have to give a shout out to Lynskey

I'm treating myself to a new bike since I've been on a 1998 steel Lemond for the last 24 years and it's time. One of our club members has 4 Lynskey bikes and said they're having a sale.

They are and the discounts are enough to get my cheap ass to buy. I ordered the gr300 with a 2x grx drive train. Then my wife wanted one so we bought it. (Only way I've found to have a cyclist wife is to marry one. We met on a week long supported ride. )

Now they mostly have SRAM drive trains on sale but they have been outstanding to work with and have gone out of their way to make sure we get a great bike that fits.

I'm getting the stock gr300 with the upgraded fork for traveling loaded and the ti stem to add a little bling. My plan is to ride this until my peers can drop me and I have to get an ebike. Hopefully not for another 25 years.

Anyone in the market should give them a look. They build the frames but component inventory is limited and keeps changing so grab it if you see what you want. I'm excited.
