Time for another "where was that aircraft going?" post

Earlier this morning, three Osprey helicopters flew over my house in Stratford. They were incredibly low. They rattled our windows and the stuff on my shelves where shaking. FlightRader had one of them at only 850 feet. A few minutes later my dad saw them flying over Long Island Sound in Westport. Just curious if any of you saw them or if anyone has any info about where they may be going or where they came from?
