The Tier List:
Now, let's dive into the heart of this blog - the SSR Lieutenant tier list. I've meticulously categorized these Lieutenants by their elemental affinity. Please bear in mind that the following rankings are a reflection of my personal opinion. Gaming preferences can vary, so if you find yourself disagreeing with my list, that's perfectly fine. Without further ado, let's start with the Water element SSR Lieutenants.
Water SSR Lieutenants:

Ser Charlie (Rating: B): Ser Charlie is equipped with a shield counter ability, but it comes with a catch. You must promote him to 10 Stars to unlock this skill. He's a decent Lieutenant, but he doesn't shine exceptionally.

Death Knight (Rating: S): The Death Knight is undoubtedly a top-tier Lieutenant. He brings damage buffs and invulnerability to the table, making him a valuable asset across various game modes.

Frost Colossus (Rating: B): Unfortunately, the Frost Colossus falls short of greatness. With his shielding and slow abilities, he doesn't stand out as a top pick.

Karwood (Rating: B): Karwood offers a combination of healing and shielding. However, when compared to other support Lieutenants, he doesn't measure up. His unique shield mechanism involves sacrificing a percentage of your allies' HP, which isn't ideal.

Demonic Wolf (Rating: S): The Demonic Wolf is a favorite among players for a reason. His burst and execute abilities make him a fantastic damage dealer. If you're lucky enough to have him, he's definitely worth investing in.

Olivia (Rating: S): Olivia is a game-changer in the support department. Her healing and defense reduction abilities make her one of the most broken Lieutenants in the game.

Necronomicon (Rating: A): Necronomicon stands out with his unique damage reduction-based shielding and control abilities. He's a robust choice, earning his place in the A tier.

Ravager (Rating: A): Ravager, with his rampage and burst skills, is a reliable damage dealer. While not a game-breaker, he's a solid choice for your team.

Karetta (Rating: S): Karetta is a standout Lieutenant, offering freezing abilities and bonus damage against bosses. She's in a league of her own and could even be placed in a double S tier.
Fire SSR Lieutenants:

Archmage Herbert (Rating: Double S): Archmage Herbert is a Pay-to-Win hero, and his power level matches his exclusivity. However, acquiring him involves substantial spending, making him a challenging target for many players.

Bridget (Rating: A): Bridget boasts a combination of burst and weaken abilities, making her a solid but not outstanding choice.

Halibut Alemead (Rating: B): Halibut Alemead offers shielding and slow, but the type of shielding he provides isn't the most effective. This positions him within the B tier.

Red Protoceraptor (Rating: S): The Red Protoceraptor is the game's top tank Lieutenant. With taunt and heal-over-time abilities, he's a must-have for any team.

Wilhelm Ironarm (Rating: A): Wilhelm Ironarm is a niche choice, excelling in PVP combat with his silence and control abilities. However, his utility is limited to this specific area.

Infernal Cerberus (Rating: A): Infernal Cerberus offers damage and a stun effect. He's a dependable choice, but not exceptionally powerful.

Ritualist of Agony (Rating: A): Ritualist of Agony is a strong damage dealer, with a unique ability to increase attack speed. His consistent damage output earns him a place in the A tier.

Big Mouth Huron (Rating: B): Big Mouth Huron's plain damage-dealing abilities leave something to be desired. He doesn't bring any unique or game-changing mechanics to the table, placing him in the B tier.

Delphyne (Rating: A): Delphyne offers burst and heal over time abilities. Players can obtain her as a login bonus, and she's a strong Lieutenant, making her a valuable addition to your team.

Terrorfiend (Rating: S): Terrorfiend is a top-tier choice with execute and damage buff abilities. He's a powerful Lieutenant and deserves his place in the S tier.
Nature SSR Lieutenants:

Roth (Rating: A): Roth is equipped with poison and a heal-over-time ability. He's a robust choice for players seeking a versatile Lieutenant.

Barbek (Rating: A): Barbek provides burst and reduces defense, but what sets him apart is his damage reduction capabilities, making him an excellent pick.

Ruins Guardian (Rating: B): Initially, Ruins Guardian may seem promising, but upon closer inspection, he falls short. He might not live up to your expectations in the long run, earning him a spot in the B tier.

Nora (Rating: S): Nora is currently obtainable through an event, and she's an exceptional Lieutenant with execute and damage buff abilities. She's a game-changer in your team, making her worthy of the S tier.

Mountain Giant (Rating: A): Mountain Giant, often considered a tank Lieutenant, offers healing and shielding. When promoted to 10 Stars, he becomes a reliable tank option, earning his place in the A tier.

Winged Terror (Rating: S): Winged Terror is a fantastic support Lieutenant with healing and damage buff abilities. She's a game-changer, especially in team compositions.

Astarak (Rating: B): Astarak provides bleed and burst abilities, adding a unique touch to your team. However, when compared to some of the other Lieutenants, she falls short of top-tier status, placing her in the B tier.

Treant (Rating: A): Treant offers healing and shielding abilities, making him a viable tank choice. If you don't have access to some of the rarer tank options, Trent is a strong alternative, especially when promoted to 10 Stars.

Agony Interrogator (Rating: B): Agony Interrogator is the last in the Nature element, bringing reduced defense and crowd control to the battlefield. While not a bad choice, there are certainly more powerful options out there, securing his place in the B tier.
